  1. Very romantic. But all I can think is: Yikes, no insulation! This place must be hotter than hell in summer (especially on the top floor, where the bedroom is) and freezing-ass cold in winter.

    Those making offers on this property should be aware that the "mansion" next door was converted decades ago into 1-BR rental units. Plus, there are other foreclosures on the street. Caveat emptor, y'all!

  2. @francofiles - good point! I live in a no insulation building and you are exactly right about temp extremes! Looks rather cold but nothing that a ton of space heaters can't fix :)
